How to Order

Online Order:
You can place your order online, via our website On completion of your order you will be asked to enter your details (data that is essential has the following symbol * and you cannot complete your order unless these fields are filled in). Once you confirm your purchase you will receive the message: “Thank you for your order.” This means that your order has been registered. Please make a note of the code of your order. An email of confirmation will be sent. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a new email.
About Shipping
Shipping within Greece:
Product delivery is made within 2-4 working days in cooperation with a courier company. In remote areas delivery time may take 5 to 6 working days. When your package has arrived in your town, you will be sent an SMS with your delivery code and a contact number which you can call for any additional clarification about the time of delivery. The cost of delivery is 2.50€ if payment is made on delivery there is an extra change of 2€. The fee charged for delivery remains the same whether the package is delivered by courier to your started address or if it is collected from the local office of the courier service.
Delivery to Cyprus:
Delivery to Cyprus takes between 7 and 15 days by courier and the cost of delivery is 8.00 euros. Packages sent to Cyprus can be paid for by using PayPal.
Delivery to Other Countries:
The cost of delivery to other countries depends on which zone the country is in, and concerns orders with a maximum weight of 5 kg. Please contact us if you wish to place an order weighing more than 5kg so we can inform you of the exact cost of delivery. Orders placed from abroad will be sent once they have been paid for by using PayPal or by making a bank account deposit.

Payment can be made in advance or when the package is delivered, and can be made the following ways:
Payment on delivery
On delivery of the product there is a charge of 2€.
By credit card or charge card
Online payment by credit card or charge card are carried out through the security system of Piraeus bank which is supported by CLOBE SSL –an major international company which provides a safe environment for transactions.
Bank account deposit
Deposit/ transfer into a specific Piraeus Bank account. Always state your full name on any deposits or transfers. When the deposit is made from another Greek or foreign bank any bank charges are paid for by the customer. In the event that a deposit/transfer is not made within 4 days of making the order, the order will automatically be cancelled. On completion of your order, select ‘Bank deposit’ as your means of payment. Deposit the amount in the following Piraeus Bank bank account.
